| The Consejo Regulador del Cava is the authority responsible for ensuring the quality of Catalan’s sparkling. This institution selects every year the best Cava to promote the region and the sparkling, distributing them at events around the world. The studio Grafica was asked to design the labels of these special editions. The four qualities of sparkling wines (Brut, Brut Nature, Gran Reserva and Rose) led to the creation of four distinct labels, which culminated in the use of the four "Cava" word letters. With the frequency of use of the created labels, it was necessary to unify that image resulting in the development of a logo representative of sparkling Cava, work I have done with the art director Pablo Martín. Due to the varied applications of the logo, there were designed four logos that change depending on the size that it should be applied, with the letters "CAVA" with different thicknesses and different spacing between the bottles. | O Consejo Regulador del Cava é a autoridade responsável por garantir a qualidade dos espumantes de origem Catalã. Este organismo selecciona todos os anos os melhores Cava para promoção da região e dos espumantes, distribuindo-os em eventos por todo o mundo. Foi pedido ao estúdio Gráfica que concebesse os rótulos dessas edições especiais. As quatro qualidades dos espumantes (Brut, Brut Nature, Rose e Gran Reserva) proporcionaram a realização de quatro rótulos distintos, que culminou na utilização das quatro letras da palavra “Cava”. Com a frequência de utilização dos rótulos criados, foi necessário unificar essa imagem resultando na elaboração de um logotipo representativo dos espumantes Cava, trabalho que desenvolvi juntamente com o director de arte Pablo Martín. Devido ás variadas aplicações do logótipo, foram desenhados quatro lógotipos que modificam dependendo do tamanho a que deve ser aplicado, contendo as letras “CAVA” com diferentes grossuras e espaçamentos entre as garrafas. |
